Privacy information

This page describes how the current local prototype works. The full production privacy notice will be completed before public launch.

Enquiry details

When you submit an enquiry, the website sends your contact details, selected service, preferred date and message to info@ikaltechnologies.co.uk so we can respond. A requested appointment is not confirmed until we contact you. Do not include passwords or sensitive information. The website does not save enquiry content in browser storage or its own database. Email copies are retained in the receiving mailbox. The server uses a temporary identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and may keep normal access logs.

Optional marketing emails

Marketing permission is separate from your enquiry. If you tick the optional box, we record your choice, the wording shown and the submission time in the enquiry email. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing info@ikaltechnologies.co.uk. Any future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. The form does not automatically add you to a mailing list.

External resources

The page requests Plus Jakarta Sans and Space Grotesk fonts from Google Fonts when an internet connection is available. This involves your browser contacting Google. On an offline network, the site uses a system-font fallback.

Cookies and analytics

The enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie to verify its security question. This prototype does not use analytics. Calling the telephone number uses your device’s normal calling application.

Before public launch

The production notice must identify the business responsible for personal information, contact details, purposes and legal bases, retention periods, any service providers and how people can exercise their rights.
